“Our day with Queenstown Wine Trail was magnificent.
As a planner of the rest of our trip coordinating anywhere from 13-24 people at any given time, well the Friday under the care of Andrew and yourself was divine. Having someone else keep everyone on schedule, paying attention to detail such as taking our purchases and keeping them in a box safely secured in the van to identifying to venue staff at lunch those who had dietary requirements and making sure there were games at each stop to keep the kids entertained.
We all enjoyed ourselves immensely, never felt rushed, felt able to fully absorb each venue, enjoy the wines, the venue hosts, the spectacular scenery, and the food, the FEAST over lunch was absolutely delicious. You may remember us all in a food coma between Kinross and Gibbston Tavern. Somehow we all pepped up again for gin tasting and it was well worth it. Each venue made us feel so welcomed, with extra delights that felt very special.
The planning was varied, continuous communication and incredible patience through our many changes – most beyond all our control – yet the day flowed with such beautiful ease, warmhearted humour, comfy seats and surrounded by friends & family. A fabulous time was had by all. A heartfelt thanks from us all.
