Visit the world-renowned Gibbston Valley winery in the expert hands of Queenstown Wine Trail for the Summer Sampler experience.

After departing from your accommodation, or central Queenstown, this small-personalised tour offers a relaxed and informative visit to the Gibbston Valley Winery. Here you will tour the wine caves and enjoy tastings with a full commentary. Now fully informed, settle in to the courtyard vineyard atmosphere with a lunch from their special menu. Finish dining with an on-site tour of the adjoining cheese factory tasting their wares.

Now suitably relaxed it’s time for some real fresh air. A brief transfer from the winery will deliever you to the awaiting Kawarau Jet boat. From here enjoy the scenic and varied landscapes seeing country only accessible by these craft. There are plenty of photo opportunities on the Shotover and Kawarau Rivers before being delivered back to the Main Town Pier in central Queenstown.

This is the ultimate way to discover and savour the wines of the region.

For guests who want to enjoy the wonderful wines of the Gibbston Valley region and also marvel at the views over Queenstown and the wine growing region, then join us for a Helicopter – Wine Trail Combo.

The afternoon launches when you are picked up from your accommodation and transported to the airport. Lift off for a spectacular flight landing on the Remarkables Mountain Range and enjoy dramatic views of the Wakatipu basin. Continue the flight into the Gibbston wine region where Queenstown Wine Trail meets you to continue on the wine journey. This tour offers a unique food and wine experience at a relaxed pace in picturesque surroundings.

This full day trip begins at 8.15am when guests are picked up by the Queenstown Garden Tour. This morning tour offers clients the chance to experience a fun, informative, friendly and personalised tour of three private residential gardens.

Guests enjoy the opportunity to relax in three different gardens and chat with the friendly homeowners and also have a delicious Devonshire tea served in a delightful garden setting.

We have a selection of gardens to choose from depending on the time of season eg: spring bulbs, peony flowers, perennials and rose bloomings.

The gardens offer spectacular views of the surrounding lakes, mountain and rivers. At midday guests transfer to the Queenstown Wine Trail for an afternoon of wine tastings and a special menu vineyard lunch at the famous Gibbston Valley Winery. We visit the wine cave and enjoy tastings in this wonderful surrounding and also visit the cheese factory for a tour and tasting. After lunch we visit another winery before returning to Queenstown at 4.00pm.
